THE GRACE OF
GOD
For the grace of God has appeared,
bringing salvation to all men, instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of
the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus,
Titus 2:11-13
The grace of God, His Son Jesus, appeared in the earth. Born of a woman, Jesus was (is) the
answer to our salvation. While living in the world, we have no hope. Our work(s) are of no value as they will not lead us to life eternal in Him. But God sent His Son! Jesus is the answer as it is in
Him that we find our true purpose and our hope. In Him, we have our "reason for living."
Now, in Him and through Him, we are to live our lives in a Godly way. We are to put aside
the things of the world which lead to death for all eternity. But, we are to live righteously! We are to live Godly! We know that we are to do so, as we are looking for the appearing of our Lord
Jesus. For when He comes, He will bring our eternal hopes to life.
As we walk in the earth, we are to live in hope joyously awaiting His coming. As we live
with this hope and joy, we will be able to affect many. We can share the hope of our salvation with them and allow them to know the great savior, Jesus! Hallelujah!
