BROUGHT INTO THE KINGDOM
.....and he brought us out from there in order to bring us in, to give us the land which He had sworn to our
fathers.
Deut. 6:23
He
brought us out from there. This refers to the Lord bringing Israel out from its slavery in the land of Egypt to the promised land. That is the land which He had promised to give to Abraham and his
descendants. This was the time of the completion of that original promise to the fore-fathers of Israel. From then God led Israel into the promised land to give it to
them.
Saints,
this is the foreshadowing of what the Lord has been doing and is continuing to do for the church today. The Lord Jesus said that He would build His church, and that the church would establish the
kingdom in the earth. This is our commission today. We are to build kingdom just as the Israelites established the kingdom in the Promised Land. Our hope is to do our part as He fulfills all He has
promised.
In order
for the Jews to conquer the enemies before them, God sent His Spirit before them. Now, today, God is still sending His Spirit with us. Only now, the Spirit is within us. We can move by the power of
the Spirit and His leading to conquer. We can conquer those things before us as individuals, and we can conquer to a larger degree the land as a united, overcoming
church.

let us arise in these days to overcome! Let us establish His kingdom in the hearts and minds of people!!
