LIVING BY
FAITH
I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me;
and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and delivered Himself up for me.
Galatians 2:20
Paul is speaking here about how his life had changed since he came into a relationship with
Father through our Lord Jesus. Previously, Paul had lived as seeing the world through the eyes of a natural man. Miracles were scare in those days. Man lived primarily by his physical senses. Even
the "religion" which was practiced by the Jewish people was mostly one of religious traditions and rituals. There was not much of a true relationship with Father God.
But, something changed! Paul was changed! Jesus was revealed to Him in a tremendous vision
on a road. The Lord spoke to Him audibly. His life was no longer the same. Then he was given a word through a prophet of God which told him of the plans that God had for
him.
From that point, Paul walked in faith following the plan that the Lord had for him. He
traveled many miles; went to many places; and served his Lord faithfully. During this time, he did as the Spirit led. In faith he went to many places and preached the word. All was done by
faith!
The Lord has also called us! We must do as Paul did. We must walk our walk of faith as we
serve Him! Walk, saints, and in faith, do!
