                       THE WORD OF THE LORD

     For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return there without watering the earth, and making it bear and sprout, and furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so shall My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding in the matter for which I sent it.

                                                       Isaiah 55:10-11

     As we gather today, this truth of God's word should be a reminder of His faithfulness, love, and power. He has provided a wonderful place for this local body of believers to meet. From this place we will be able to go forth and spread His word of the Kingdom of God. We will have a good place to meet and fellowship. We will also have a great place to glorify Jesus and to lift his Name up to the heavens.

     Most importantly, He has brought us to the plave where we will see His glory on display as He ministers to lost ones, to His people, and to His children. Let us praise today the Lord God of the heavens, the only true God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
