                        THE CLAY AND THE POTTER

But now, O Lord, Thou art our Father, and we are the clay, and Thou our Potter. And all of us are the work of Thy hand.

                                                 Isaiah 64:8

      As followers of Jesus Christ, we are to be clay in the hands of our Lord! We must have the heart to be obedient to be changed in our spirit and in our mind. In Romans, Paul said that we are not to say to the Potter, "Why did you make me this way?" We must allow Father to do in us and through us that which is His desire. It will bring glory to Him and our Lord Jesus! It will also bring a blessing to us! Allow Father to do in you that which He wants, and you will be a "vessel for honorable use."
