                       READY FOR BATTLE

I pursued my enemies and overlook them, and I did not turn back until they were consumed... For Thou has girded me with strength for battle; Thou has subdued under me those who rose up against me. Thou has also made my enemies turn their backs to me, and I destroyed those who hated me.

                          Psalms 18:37, 39-40

The enemy will send his demons to attack and to destroy. He wants to stop our walk with God and to keep us from our appointed time!

But Father God has prepared us for times such as these. Jesus won the battle and defeated all His foes! We have received Holy Spirit to empower us and to guide us in our walk and in our battles. The Name of Jesus is our battle axe!

When we war and fight against the enemy, we know that the battle Is ours if we will stand. In the scripture in Psalm 18, the writer shows clearly that the battle is ours. However, note that the writer said that he pursued his enemies! It also says that he overtook them and destroyed all!

We cannot stay behind the wall, but we must pursue and destroy! Be active and overcome! To him be the glory!
