THE HOPE WE HAVE
. ....In order that by two unchangeable things, in which it is impossible for God to
lie, we may have strong encouragement, we who have fled for refuge and laying hold of the hope set before us. This hope we have as an anchor of the soul....
Hebrews 6:18-19a
Hope is powerful. It brings purpose to our lives and meaning for the future. Without hope, we
question the very existence which we have. There is no joy for the future and what it may hold.
But with hope, we look forward to what lies ahead. We can believe for the better and that it
will be good for us and for our families.
Jesus came to bring such hope to us. Without Him and the promise of eternal life with Father,
many would wander aimlessly through this life. But because of His willingness to come and die for us, we can now live in hope for this life and the life to come in eternity. Father has both promised
and verified by His oath that we will live with Him! What an encouragement to us!
Saints, live for Him in hope and bring this message to others!
