OURS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap. For the one who sows to his own flesh shall from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit shall from the spirit reap eternal life.

                                                     Galatians 6:7-8

    In our society today, there is a real effort to keep people from taking responsibility for their actions. Parenting, society's ills, poverty, and other things are blamed. This keeps us from taking the responsibility for our own misdeeds.

     God has set forth in His word the way to true life and the way to walk in obedience to Him. If we respond to Him and his way, then we will act responsibly and produce fruit. Even a lost person can reap fruit if he/she acts in accordance to the Word of God!

     However, if we sow "seed" to our own flesh and disobey the word, then we will reap the result. Many in our society fail to take responsibility. They blame other things for their actions. Yet, they will reap as they have sown. This is God's principle. Pray for those who walk in disobedience and pray for salvation!
