Word of the Lord for 2019

This will be a year, a season, in which Father is going to be actively working in the heavenly and in the natural realm! He is going to be moving into areas and situations where the enemy has been or is now trying to make inroads against the kingdom and the church. Because Father is moving in such dimension, we, as His people, as the church, must heed and be obedient to move into a more milltant posture!

For the church, we must become more offensive in word and deed! It must be a year where we become very offensive in our approach to the things of the Spirit! This is a time of active warfare for the people of God to disseminate the Kingdom!

The opposition of the enemy will be strong and, at times, very instense! It will be seen in the sipiritual and in the natural realm! The church can expect opposition locally and on a national level!

But, Father's great grace will be extended to those willing to war, both indvidually and the churches. The grace for greater faith and to move more and more into the miraculous will be present! We, the people of God must push our faith to be bigger than any fear or doubt. It is a season to step up higher than we ever have! in these latter times, it will be necessary to rise to new levels as we are challenged by the Lord!

It will be a time of intense shaking with the purpose of purification of each individual and each local church! Father is moving to prepare the end-time body of Christ! He will be removing dross and rooting out impurities! His true Children, Those willing to move to the higher place in Him, will begin to be manifested in the each for His gloy! It wil be a time of shaking for the removal of those that can be shaken and to the strengthen those who will not be shaken!

Great grace will be upon the church and Father is challenging us all to come up higher!

For those who will, the opportunities for greater faith, victories and level will be available!

  The Folly of the fool

Stay away from fools, for you won't find knowledge on their lips. The Prudent understand where they are going, but fools deeive themselves. Folls make fun of guilt, but the godly acknowledge it and seek reconcilitation. Proverbs

The word of God is always illuminationg. It is filled with wisdom which can teach, train, and help us as we make our journey through our time on this earth. In these verses, the writer warns us to know those with whom we associate. Some will be wise associates  while others will lead us wrongly if we allow it. The advice given by a foll will rarely, if ever, give you a true direction for your life. They seek only immediate gratfication while not thinking about the future. They will not learn from mistakes or errors, but they will not learn from mistakes or errors, but they will bedecieved into thinking that they are wise or wordly.
One method of determining a fool is to see how they handle mistakes or other people. If they are always right and do not acknowledge possible consequences, then they show whothey are. They will go down the road of life leaing wrecks behind them. Seek to find Goly people for your life and associate with them!

 Being unequally yoked

Do not be unequally yoked together with unbeievers; for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowhsip has light with darkness?... or what has a believer in common with an unbeliever 2 Corinthians 6:14, 15b

One of the most important passages to us as believer today is the scripture of 2 Corinthians 16:14. In studying this verse, we must first recognize that Paul is not referring to a casual relation or to working in the same factory or business witha non believer. In this verse, Paul referring to entering into a formal agreement such as a marriage,  busniess partnership, or any binding contracts.

If we as believer,s, with our walk with God, do enter such a relationship, we will face the real possiblity that we will have to compromise our walk. We do not want to be accomplices of ungodliness. The resulting turmoil will lead us to break our agreement with Jesus or with the other person To keep from being placed in this situation, especially with a marriage partner, we should never enter into it. The Final questions of "what does a believer have in common with an unbeliever?" is answered by a resounding "nothing".

But what does it say? "The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart." That is, the word of faither which we are preaching; that is, if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.   Romans 10:8-9

Some people still believe that salvation means getting to go to heaven but that is all that is meant. However, a closer study of the word reveals that Jesus promised much more! In the Sermon on the Mount , He said that if we seek the kingdom of heaven that "all things would be added to us. " The "all things" pertained to clothes, housing, and food. This is quite a promise! In other places it says that Jesus healed all the people to fulfull that scriptures. Those scriptures promise healing for all who believe. Is this not part of our salvation!? The Greek word for salvation is "sosoes" which means the saving of all of us - spiritual, mental, and physical.

With all these promises in the word, should we not pursue all that He has promised!? He wants to show to the world His people and how they are His children - blessed and favored!! This is for His glory.

And coming to Him as to a living stone, rejected by men, but choice and precious in the sight of God, you, also, as living stones, are being built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ  1 Peter 2:4-5

In Paul's writings in Ephesians and here in Peter's writings, we are referred ti as "living stones." Stones to be used by the Father to build a house for God in which the Holy Spirit will dwell.

If we are going to be built together, we have to be shaped and emented together so that we do not fall apart. The "shaping" process is part of our training and pruning. We will be trained to know our gifts and callings. We will be "pruned" by the master to remove the rough edges which would keep us from fitting togther. We must learn to reeive from others and to bless others with our gifts.

The "cement" which the Father will use is the love which we place in our heart for Jesus and for one another. The word in 1 John says that we will be known by our love! As we become what the Holy Spirit is building, we will show the world the family of God in its glory!

Bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, whoever has a complaint against anyone; just as the Lord forgave you, so also should you.     Colossians 3:13

In churches everywhere people will unintentionally, or otherwise, hurt others. In many cases, this will result in one or both parties leaving the body where God planted them. Or they may stay and be angry with one another and try to bring others to their side. This can result in a schism in the body of Christ. While we hope this never happens in any of God's people, we must change if we are to prevent it from happening. Father placed in the scriptures steps to take if one is offended. However, even if we follow those steps, we must still be willing to forgive each other. Father has shown clearly in His word what happens when we will not forgive.

When faced with such a situation, we will need to pray and to ask for grace if neccessary. But we must learn to forgive! As stated in the verse, we need to remember that the Lord forgave us when we did not deserve it. Therefore, should we not also be ready to do the same for our brethren? Release the anger and forgive as Christ did forgive us.

Then it shall come about, because you listen to these judgments an dkeep and do them, that the Lord your God will keep with you. His covenant and His loving kindness which He swore to your forefathers. And He will bless you and multiply you; He will also bless the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your new wine and your oil, the increase of your herd and the young of your flock in the land which He swore to your forefathers to give you. Dueteronomy 7:12-13

The Lord has made it very clear concerning His blessing of us and our household. As we align ourselves with Him and His judgments, then His blessing of the covenant will hold from us any good thing. But we ust hear and do His commands.

To many this sounds difficult. But as we do the thingswhich He would have us do, we will find that our lives are enriched because the things will bring joy and purpose. So it is, do His commands and be blessed by the richness of our lives, and then we will be belssed over and above as He pours out His blessings upon us!

Obey your leaders, and submit to them; for they keep watch over your souls, as those who will give an account. Let them do this with joy and not with grief, for this woild be unprofitable for you.    Hebrews 13:17

In our nation this is unusual and difficult for people to read. Most of us are of the opinion that no one should be able to tell us what to do. We rebel against any authority from parental to govermental. We obey from the rationale that it is more to our profit to follow the rules. However, this is not the way in which we should respond to God's directives. We have learned about the Lordship of Christ Jesus. If we are to be in alignment (obedience) to God and righteous before Him, then we must follow the concepts, precepts, and laws of our God.

Bringing ourselves into subjection to God's laws, we must place Jesus first in all things knowing that His way is the most perfect way. Following Him will bring us to our purpose and destiny. The enemy would want you to think that God's way is wrong for us, but Jesus said, "I come to give you life." Obeying those who are our covering is necessary in Him.

Then Jesus said to His disciples, "If anyone wishes to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me. For whoever loses his life for My sake shall find it.   Matthew 16:24-25

In some parts of Chrisitianty today, the full message of the cross is not taught. Confessing Jesus is a ticket to heaven and an escape from hell. But, to the hearer's dismay, they have not gotten the full message of the cross. In the passage above, Jesus was very clear as to what it took to be His disciple. He said we must "take up our cross." This does not mean we have to carry a heavy load, but it does mean that we must die to self. We must allow Jesus to become Lord in our lives. We must die to our own desires and begin to follow Him and His plan for us!

To live and flourish in His kingdom, we must know that He is Lord! His will must be our will. We must align ourselves with his righteousness. If we will accept the reality that being a child of the Father is the reason why we were created, then we can live our purpose in the earth. We will have hope for eternity!

Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah. Ps 24:10

Now the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forver and ever. Amen. 1 Timothy 1:17

In both the Old an New testaments of the bible, the Lord is referred to and honor as "King." To those of us who have not lived in a "kingdom", it is difficult for us to fully grasp the meaning of this title! But is it imperative that we become fully aware of the immplications of this title. In a kingdom, the king is the ruler, He makes the rules (laws); sets up the leaders; enforces his will as he sees fit; and expects full obedience from the "subjests" of his realm. Since we were raisde in a different type of culture, we are not used to giving this type of honor to a person! But we must remember that Father is not a "person." He is the Lord God Almighty! He is the creator of the universe! Therefore, He can rule & does!

But our King is also a loving Father! While He wants us to be loyal, He loves, gives grace and mercy, and provides in abundance for His People! It is easy to serve Him for as we do, we discover the true reason for our purpose!

For this reason also, since the day we heard of it, we hav enot ceased to pray for you and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding. For He deliveed us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son.    Col 1:9, 13

To be part of the kingdom of God's beloved Son is to be the receiver of God's great grace and mercy. As the word says there are only two kingdoms (authorities). These are the kingdom of this age (the devil's) and the Kingdom of our Lord! Every person is a part of one or the other. But for those of us who chose to follow Jesus, we are removed from the false kingdom and place in the truth! As a member of the kingdom of God, we have both power and purprouse. We have power because we are empowered by the Holy Spirit! We have purpose because our true purpose for life is to be what He created for us to do! Therefore, we can become all for which He created us!

To be a child of Father is the primiary reason for life. This is GOd's creation and,  by being part of His kingdom, we fullfill our destiny - being His child and taking dominion

Therefore do not be like them; for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him. Pray then in this way: "Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be The Name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven..." Matthew 6:8-10

In the sermon on the mount, the Lord Jesus taught the disciples to pray. In the prayer that He taught them, there are many lessons on prayer for His followers. However, there is one that we must see and preach in this season! Jesus told His followers to pray, "Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven." The Lord was not telling His disciples to pray for a quick escape from this earth. On the contrary, He was saying that we should pray for the kingdom to come to the earth. There is a great different in His view and in the minds of many Christians.

Jesus said He came to call and establish His church with power and authority! His church (ekklesia) is called to bring the kingdom to the earth in power at this time! Father is making this known among His people to have King Jesus lead His ekklesia to victory in the earth! Stand up saint's and war to see the victory!!

And the Lord utter His voice before His army; surely, His camp is very great for strong is he who carries out His word. The day of the Lord is indeed great and very awesome and who can endure it?    Joel 2:11

Joel captures the picture of the army of the Lord of the last days in this passage with Joel 2. It is a mightly army which carries out the Word of the army of the Lord for His judgment. His army will destroy any and all who stand against the Lord! Bishop Bill Hamon has stated that the army of the Lord movement has begin. It is time for the mortal church, which is His army of over comers, to step up and enfore the victory that Christ Jesus has already won! We, as the church of Jesus Christ, carry the anointing of the Holy Spirit! We can defeat the enemy withith our lives and in the land today. Jesus is waiting on us to enforce the victory so that His enemies will become His Footstool.

At the World of the Lord, Bishop said that we have entered the 3rd level of Revelation 12:11 in that "they did not love their lives even unto death!" Those who will follow Christ to victory must be willing to die to self and to the world! But His victory is reward!

Therefore, having been jsutified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Romans 5:1

Unless we take time to hear the leading of the Spirit, we can easily overlook some of the most profound truths of the Word. For instance, in the above scripture we read that we have pace with God through Jesus. Do we take the time to hear what the Spirit is saying here? Let's examine more closely. Because we are humans, the sentence upon us is death. We are the sons of our earthly father, Adamm and we were born with a sinful and rebellious heart! Because of the sacrifice of Jesus upon the Cross, the shedding of His perfect, sinless blood, we can be born again and become a child of the living God. IF we believe in this work of the son through the corss, then we an be set free from our sins and to serve the only true God.

Withe stout faith in what Jesusdid, we are at odds with Father! we stand to be and to be judged in this light! Eternal damnation awaits! But, faith in His work brings us peace with the Father because we no longer fear eternity! We know that we have life in eternity in Him.

Apostle James Cole

Christian International

Bishop Bill Hamon

Founder of CI

Christian International is an international ministry with churches in many countries.  The vision of the ministry is to see the kingdom of God established in the earth until the “kingdoms of this world become the kingdom of our Lord and His Christ.” (Revelations 11:15)

To accomplish the Lord’s command, CI ministers, according to Ephesians 4:11-16, work to train the saints to establish the kingdom.
